5~20/5T A6 QY Insulation Bridge crane travelling double girder overhead crane
QY type insulated double-girder bridge crane is suitable for factory workshops for smelting aluminum, magnesium and other electrolytic non-ferrous metal materials. The crane consists of a box-shaped bridge, a cart operating mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment.
In order to prevent the current on the live equipment from being transmitted to the crane through the hoisted components during the working process, endangering the life and equipment of the driver, several insulating devices are installed at the appropriate parts of the crane. The cranes are all heavy duty. To ensure lifting, the main lifting mechanism is equipped with double brakes. All mechanisms are operated in the driver's cab.
(1) The bridge frame adopts box-shaped main beam, which is automatically welded by submerged arc welding. (2) The electric conduction of the trolley adopts a new I-beam track cable conduction device, which is reliable. (3) The hoisting mechanism can also be provided with another set of devices as required. Increase reliability. (4) Standardization, serialization and generalization of parts and components. (5) The operating room has a wide field of vision, and all the mechanisms are operated in the operating room, and the work operation is flexible.

1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying. 2. Main beams, end beams and trolley/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation. 3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container. 4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation. 5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
